THE LATIN TAKEOVER CRUISE CABIN GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Go N' Wander LLC, 157 Wade Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604 ("Sponsor"), operating the brand The Latin Takeover.
2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on June 30, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter:
(a) Purchase Entry. During the Giveaway Period, make a qualifying purchase at giveaway.latintakeover.com. You will receive entries at the rate of three hundred (300) entries per one U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on eligible products, excluding taxes and shipping. Bonus entry multipliers may apply during promotional periods as stated on the website.
(b) Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary). To enter without making a purchase, submit your email address through the entry form at giveaway.latintakeover.com and you will be entered. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Free entries and purchase entries have an equal chance of winning. To enter by mail, hand-print your full name, address, email, and phone number on a 3x5 card and mail it to Go N' Wander LLC, 157 Wade Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604. Limit one entry per envelope. Mail entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received before September 1, 2026.
5. Winner Selection. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 20, 2026 by an independent third-party administrator. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize. One (1) grand prize: a cruise cabin for two (2) guests aboard the Norwegian Luna, sailing round trip from New York City to Bermuda, for five (5) nights, departing on or about September 2, 2027. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $4,000. The prize includes the cruise cabin for two (2) guests, the drink package, and all meals including specialty dining for two (2) guests. The prize does NOT include gratuities (approximately $100, payable by the winner), taxes, port fees, airfare, ground transportation, transfers, excursion credits, passports, travel insurance (which the winner is required to purchase), onboard purchases, or any other cost or expense not expressly stated as included. The winner and their guest are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly listed as included, including all gratuities and taxes. The guest must also meet the eligibility requirements or be accompanied by an eligible adult. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The prize is subject to the terms, conditions, and availability of the cruise line, including its schedules, policies, and any health, safety, or boarding requirements. Travel must be completed on the specified sailing; the prize has no value if the winner cannot travel on that date.
7. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.
9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Go N' Wander LLC, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
11. Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical or human errors, or any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
12. Disputes. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved between the entrant and Sponsor. By entering, entrants waive the right to bring or participate in any class action.
13. Privacy. Information collected is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://giveaway.latintakeover.com/pages/privacy-policy.
14. Sponsor's Relationship. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Norwegian Cruise Line. The prize is paid for and provided by The Latin Takeover and Go N' Wander LLC, not by Norwegian Cruise Line.
15. Claiming the Prize and Winner List. To claim the prize, the winner must submit the required information to Sponsor by email or by mail to Go N' Wander LLC, 157 Wade Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604, within three (3) days after the winner is drawn.
